Payment Policies

Office policy requires that payments for non-surgical services be made at the time of service. This includes co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles.

Payment for aesthetic consultations is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. The consultation fee may be applied towards your surgical services. Once paid, your consultation fee becomes non-refundable. Therefore, cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment with less than 48 hour notice will result in loss of your consultation fee.

A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required for scheduling all aesthetic surgical procedures. The balance of the surgical fees must be paid no less than 2 weeks prior to the date of surgery. Facility and Anesthesia fees will be billed directly to the patient by the facility. Each facility has specific payment policies that will be defined during the surgery scheduling process. Our office will be happy to help you arrange these payments.

Any surgical procedure rescheduled by the patient less than 2 weeks prior to surgery or as the result of patient non-compliance, will incur a $1500 surgeon’s rescheduling fee. The balance of the surgical fees must be paid in full prior to confirming any new surgical date.

Our office accepts payment by cash, and credit card. Dr. Olivier also offers patient financing through CareCredit.
